Hotel Information

All Salt City Sports Events are Stay-to-Play. All teams needing hotels must book their hotels through our hotel provider using the form or contact information below.  

  • We have agreed with our hotel partners to make all of our tournaments "STAY TO PLAY", as this allows them to block out sufficient rooms many months in advance and guarantee the lowest rates. ALL ROOMS NEED TO BE BOOKED 30 DAYS BEFORE TOURNAMENT. Any team found NOT booking through our reservations will not be allowed to play and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

  • Our hotel partners work with us to provide us the lowest group rates available at the time. If you find a lower group rate at our partner properties let us know.

  • Without this partnership with the hotels and teams taking advantage of this process Salt City Sports would not be able to provide as high a quality tournament and all the amenities that go with it without significant increases in tournament fees. 

If there is a hotel you want to use that does not appear in our inventory just let us know and our hotel coordinator will contact them to try to have them added. We have worked hard with our hotel partners to provide teams with a great inventory of team-friendly and quality hotel properties all at excellent prices. Most properties include FREE breakfast FREE parking and a pool. Our hotel inventory has all the name brand hotels teams come to expect such as Marriott, Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden Inn, and more. 

  • There are no exceptions to this policy.

  • Teams that are staying in hotels must use this system to book their room blocks with a minimum of 8 room nights per day (2 nights) booked required. Friday-Sunday for weekend tournaments (2 Nights). We cannot guarantee what time or day teams will start play. Weather can change any game times at any time and all teams need to be available for schedule changes. We will not refund teams money if they are not available. If your team is obligated to our tournaments, it means you will be available anytime for schedule changes due to games finishing early, weather ect. Again this is the reason your joining us to play some ball.

  • Local teams commuting to the events are not obligated to use hotels.

  • In double elimination tournaments, teams that are eliminated before the final day of play in the event can leave after they finish playing under these conditions:  If you finish your elimination game prior to normal check out, then you can leave without penalty even if your reservation was for more days. If you finish your elimination game after normal check out time, plan on staying that night. However, your hotel may be able to work with you on the check out time but it is not guaranteed.  Communication with the hotel is essential once you arrive regarding this situation.

  • There is no Opt-Out policy.

  • Teams not obligating to this mandatory "STAY TO PLAY" will not be allowed to play and not refunded any money.
